Try these steps:

Check Power Source:

  • Ensure the printer is properly plugged into a power source and that the outlet is functioning. You might also want to try plugging the printer into a different outlet.

Perform a Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and turn it back on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions that might be affecting the printer. Remove any visible paper scraps or debris.

If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.
