Hi @Askelandjon,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The 59.CO error code usually indicates a problem with the printer’s imaging drum or a related component, even if you’ve replaced the ink cartridges. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Power Cycle:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check Imaging Drum:

  • Open the printer’s access door to the imaging drum.
  • Remove the imaging drum and inspect it for any visible damage or toner buildup.
  • Clean the drum if needed or replace it if it appears damaged.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer that could be causing the error.

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer and install it if necessary. Sometimes updates can fix persistent errors.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
