Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hello team, 

today I faced an uncommon error on one of my HP colour laserjet printers. it gets stuck after a few print out with blue screen and error code 143647C8 the screen becomes unresponsive with a power button icon. untile you switch to off and reset again.

this comes frequently in an interval of about 10min 

I have updated the firmware but no change. I have switched off and switched off power and unplugged the power for more than 1 hour but doe snot resolve the issue. 

 

please let me know any suggestion I can do to resolve.
