Ho, I will like to cancel my subscription and delete my hp account. I have been encountering issues with the printer to the point I had to get me a new printer. Do I have to return it or just throw it away

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

To cancel your subscription and delete your HP account, here’s what you can do.

 

Cancel the HP Instant Ink subscription:

  • Go to the HP Instant Ink website and sign in to your account.
  • Navigate to My Account > Account Settings, and select Cancel Enrollment under the Instant Ink section.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Delete your HP account:

  • Sign in to the HP account portal.
  • Go to Account Settings or Profile and look for an option to delete your account.

Disposing of the printer:

  • If the subscription is canceled and you own the printer (not rented), you don’t need to return it to HP.
  • You can either recycle it responsibly or consider donating it if it's still in usable condition.
