I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP printer, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Please let me know if its laserjet, deskjet or officejet printer ?
In the emantime try these steps:
- Ensure cartridges are properly installed.
- Perform a hard reset of the printer.
- Clean the cartridge contacts and printhead.
- Run a diagnostic test or print a test page.
- Check for firmware updates.
- Replace the cartridges if necessary.
- Check for paper jams.
