At present with trying to print a letter I am being asked the printers address. Never been asked that before, why now.  Where do I find the address?

This is also a mobile fax machine which quit faxing about two months ago. Any ideas?  

This is my 3rd HP Printer over about 14 years. In past two months have had more problems than the other two printers combined!!  Makes me want to reconsider before i buy another HP!!!!!!!
