This is the second time that i received an E3 error, the first time i fixed it by cleaning the paper rollers. I tried doing the same this time but it still didn't work. I noticed that the printer wasn't making a sound when turning on so i opened it up and saw this. I haven't seen this before so i think it might be causing the E3 error. It might be blocking the runway(?) for the ink cartridges.
