Hi @Kate19561,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Meanwhile, perform the steps to resolve the E0 error and blinking yellow light on your HP printer.

Check for paper jams – Open the input and output trays and remove any jammed or stuck paper.

Verify ink cartridges – Make sure the cartridges are installed correctly and the protective tape is removed from the contacts.

Power reset – Unplug the printer while it’s turned on, wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check the Wi-Fi or control panel – Ensure there are no pending print jobs or connection issues.

Run printer alignment – From the HP Smart app or printer menu, run an alignment to complete setup and clear the error.

If the issue continues, note the exact error code on the printer screen and keep us posted.

Take care.
