I am getting a printer failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system

I have an HP Office jet Pro 8620. We moved and I tried to print something today and I am gettin a printer failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, the on. If the problem persists contact HP. So I have done all of that and the problem is still persisting. I am connected to the internet, have ink in the tanks, but t just won't print.

I understand that you are facing issues with the printer failure error. 

This is a hardware issue. 

However, if you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this printer needs service. 

I recommend you contact phone support for more options.
