I am getting an error message used HP cartridge

HP Recommended

I am getting an error message "used HP cartridge" and cant bypass the message. HP Officejet Pro 8610.

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Used or Counterfeit ink cartridge Detected Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03772927 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
