I am getting an error that my new ink is damaged or missing for all (CMYB). This has never happened before. I tried troubleshooting and reinstalling. I am not sure what to do. Everything is clean and is installing correctly, and I have the correct ink cartridges and yes, in the correct order. Why would this suddenly happen? I also checked to make sure everything was up to date as far as installations and the ink is HP and new, not expired.
