I am getting the paper jam message mentioned in other posts.  I read the instructions for Officejet 6900 A "paper jam" error displays.  I checked for actual paper jams and there are none.  In step 2, it says to make sure the carriage can move freely.  Mine does not.  It is locked on the right side.  At this point perhaps that is the real issue here?  Oddly, the instructions say that if it is stuck on the right side, move it to the left. But I can't because it is stuck.  Finally I tried resetting the printer per step 4, but it just returns with the jammed paper message.    I am using MAC OS 14.2.1.  Thanks.
