I have been trying without success for two days now to contact UK customer support to correct and error in my address. The chatline will not respond and there is no customer support phone number. What sort of business is this?

Please share your case ID or HP account email ID with us in a private message (not here on the public thread), and we’ll check this for you. If you haven’t yet logged a case, we can guide you on the correct contact path for HP UK Support so the address update can be handled quickly.
