Hi @Elham7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Printer Status:

  • Make sure the printer is turned on and properly connected to your computer or network.
  • Look at the printer's control panel for any error messages or notifications.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can clear any temporary issues.

Verify Connections:

  • Ensure all cable connections (USB or network) between the printer and computer are secure.
  • If you're using a wireless connection, verify that the printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

Check Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your computer and manually clear any stalled print jobs.
  • On Windows, go to 'Devices and Printers', right-click your printer, and select 'See what's printing'.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure the printer driver is up-to-date. Visit the HP support website to download and install the latest drivers available for your model.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Use HP's Print and Scan Doctor utility to diagnose and fix common printing issues. Download it from the HP support site.

Check Paper and Ink Levels:

  • Ensure there is paper in the input tray and that all ink cartridges are installed correctly and have sufficient ink.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall the printer software from your computer, then reinstall it using either the installation disc or by downloading the latest version from the HP website.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer that may address known issues.

I hope this helps.
