Microsoft Windows 11

On April 17th I bought ink cartridges on Amazon Prime.   Here it is in August and all the cartridges work but the Black 950XL.  
I had to put my old cartridge in my printer to be able to print.  I’m looking for a replacement mailed to me please.  Warranty ends 2026/11

I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your Black 950XL cartridge. Since the purchase was made through Amazon, I recommend reaching out directly to Amazon’s customer support for a replacement, as they handle returns and exchanges for items bought from their platform.
