Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M182n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My mfp 182n stopped working despite buying a new black catridge, it's printing blank and someone told me that it's the sensor that had issues..the four lights on the dash board becomes on when the toner catridge was low which I refilled but the light never go off uptil now and the printer wouldn't print anything on the paper. I bought this printer 6 month ago, thinking buying HP will give me a rest of mind but it's the other way round, I really need help right now.
