Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just installed and set up my new HP Office Jet Pro 930b printer and it won't print.

It will scan to my computer and copy, but just wont print anything.

I've run HP diagnostics which says print que error and then it says its fixed it and to print a test page.

Again it wont print.

I've tried uninstalling and re installing.

Am I missing something or is my printer faulty?

I think you have the 9130b

 

If you are connecting to Wi-Fi, make sure you do not have the USB cable or the Ethernet cable connected as mentioned on page 9 of the user manual

 

If you are using ethernet, then just reset the printer and connect the ethernet cable to the router / modem.

 

If Wi-Fi then reset and watch this network connect video

 

You may want to print directly to the printer and avoid using the router.  Watch this video.
