I can't print

My printer refuses to pull the paper while printing, it always asks me to fill the paper even if it is full of paper.  Once I tried to raise the paper with my hand, and it pulled one paper! I can't raise the papers so it can pull and print every time. I have to print 200-300 paper every week so it's really difficult.
