@Aaberry, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that you're trying to print photos from your iOS device. Are you using the HP Smart App or the AirPrint option to print from?

If you're using the HP Smart App, follow the steps below-

  1. On the HP Smart app home screen, tap a Print or Scan tile.

  2. Select or scan the document or photo you want to print.

  3. Tap Edit.

  4. Tap icons at the bottom of the screen to change print settings such as the number of copies, color options, or page size.

  5. When you are ready to print, tap Done to save the changes and return to the Preview screen, and then tap Print.

Refer to the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App for help.

If you're using the Airprint option, AirPrint automatically detects the paper size loaded in the printer or the size selected on the printer control panel. If the detected size is different than the paper in the tray, an error might display asking to confirm the size. Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing from an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch for help.

Keep me posted.
