Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I just bought the HP Envy Pro 6458. I cannot get the printer to connect to my WI-FI network. I enter the 8 digit key but it keeps saying it is wrong. I have uninstalled and re-installed twice. The lights stay on and it keeps cycling. This is my 2nd HP Envy Pro 6458. The first one was doing the same thing. I returned it.  Am I doing something wrong?

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
