Hi @Hawk36,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

The info light on your HP DeskJet 4152e All-In-One Printer usually indicates that the printer needs attention or there's an issue that requires intervention. Here's how to troubleshoot and turn off the info light:

1. Check Printer Status and Error Messages

  1. Control Panel Display:
    • Look at the printer's control panel display for any specific error messages or instructions.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to resolve the issue.

2. Check Ink Cartridges

Ink Levels:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and have sufficient ink levels.
  • Replace any empty or low ink cartridges.

Cartridge Alignment:

  • Run an alignment process from the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app.

3. Clear Paper Jams

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all printer doors and remove any paper jams.
  • Check the input and output trays, as well as the duplexer if your model has one.

Remove Debris:

  • Ensure there are no small pieces of paper or debris stuck inside the printer.

4. Check Network Connection

Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your devices.
  • Reconnect to Wi-Fi if necessary.

Ethernet Connection:

  • If using an Ethernet connection, ensure the cable is securely connected.

5. Restart Printer

  1. Power Cycle:
    • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

6. Update Printer Firmware

  1. Check for Firmware Updates:
    • Go to the HP Support website and check for any available firmware updates for your printer.
    • Download and install the firmware updates as needed.

Kindly check the next set of steps in the next post.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
