Hi! I bought hp deskjet 3050A all in one printer, J611 series, from Saudi Arabia and it work 122 cartridges. Now i come back to my country. Here unable to find 122 cartridges. Then i bought hp original 61 cartridges. But it’s showing "incompatible ink cartridges" 

How can i solve this issue?  

 

I already print a self test report. I don’t know how/what will i do after this? I need a permanent solution.?

I understand you are not able to use the ink cartridges after moving to a different country. 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Yes, you may wait for an answer from a community member. As Bangladesh does not have HP Support available, there are no other options available.
