Hi @Wojtek007,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

No worries, forgetting the printer password happens often, and HP provides a way to reset it. For the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series

Step 1: Restore Network Settings

If the password is for Wi-Fi or Embedded Web Server (EWS) access:

  • On the printer control panel, go to: Setup → Network Settings → Restore Network Settings.
  • This will reset the wireless settings and remove any custom password.

Step 2: Restore Printer to Factory Defaults

If you need a full reset (including admin password):

  • On the printer control panel: Setup → Printer Maintenance → Restore → Restore Factory Defaults.
  • Confirm the reset.
(This will erase all settings, including passwords, and return the printer to its original state.)

Step 3: Reconnect Using the HP App

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
