@Saravanan9, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Deskjet printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
When your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 printer displays three orange lights along with the Wireless Direct light but the power light is not glowing and the display is blank, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Identify the Light Patterns
Here are the common issues indicated by blinking lights:
- Attention light blinking:
- Output tray is closed or a scanning error has occurred.
- Ink cartridge lights blinking:
- There may be a carriage jam or the ink cartridge access door is open.
- Wireless Direct light:
- Printer is searching for a wireless connection or an error in Wi-Fi setup.
Resolve Scanning Error
Turn off the Printer:
- Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
Open Output Tray:
- Lower the output tray and pull out the tray extender.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn the printer back on and see if the blinking lights stop.
Resolve Paper Jam or Carriage Jam
Inspect the Ink Cartridge Access Area:
- Open the ink cartridge access door and remove any jammed paper.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for 15 seconds before reconnecting the power cord and turning on the printer.
Let me know how it goes!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
