Hi @TingToo,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check the Power Source:

  • Make sure the power cord is securely connected to the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Ensure the electrical outlet is working properly by plugging in another device to test the outlet.

Inspect the Power Cable:

  • Check if the power cable is damaged. If it is, replace it with a new one.
  • Ensure there are no loose connections on either end of the power cable.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and to the rear of the printer.
  • Press the Power button to turn on the printer.

Check for Voltage Issues:

  • Ensure that the printer is not connected to an extension cord, power strip, or surge protector. Plug it directly into the wall outlet.

Reset the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord and any other cables connected to the printer.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord and any other cables.
  • Turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.
