From HP's standpoint, the service manuals for enterprise products are restricted to authorized and trained technicians. If you search around the internet there are always companies that violate this and either post for free or sell the manuals. Fair warning: there are questionable websites out there that may claim to offer manuals but might be fronting for malware, use caution when downloading files from unfamiliar places.
