HP Recommended

I have an Office Jet Pro 8620 with the code: "Printer Failure" There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists , contact HP.

 

I have tried those steps and also reinstalling all of the ink cartridges. I have found my way here by trying to contact HP.

 

Does anyone have advice on steps I can take or how to get support from HP?
