Hi @JANIS88,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e is showing a “Supply System Problem” error even after replacing all ink cartridges. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Restart the Printer

With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the rear.

Wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

This clears temporary system errors and resets the ink system.

Reseat the Ink Cartridges

Open the cartridge access door and remove all ink cartridges.

Check each cartridge’s copper contacts for ink or debris. Gently clean with a lint-free cloth if needed.

Reinsert each cartridge firmly until it clicks into place. Make sure they match the correct color slot.

Check for Protective Tape or Blockages

Ensure none of the cartridges still have the orange pull-tab or protective tape on the ink nozzles.

Inspect the ink carriage area for any dried ink, paper bits, or residue that could obstruct the electrical contacts.

Clean the Cartridge and Carriage Contacts

Turn off the printer and unplug it.

Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean the gold contacts on the cartridges and the corresponding contacts inside the carriage.

Let everything dry for a few minutes before reinstalling.

Run a Printer Reset

With the printer powered on, disconnect the power cord from the rear.

Hold down the # and 9 buttons together while plugging the power cord back in.

Keep holding for about 10 seconds, then release.

The printer will perform a partial reset that clears internal ink system memory.

I hope this helps.
