hp envy printer 7855 I have a blue screen with circle at the top with a line through the top and a message DD000D78 It is wireless and I am using a chrome book laptop I have unpluged it many times but all i get is the blue screen back. I called the hp number where they charge you before they will try to fix it. I told her I don't want to fix it just tell me what the message DD000D78 means. She said she would look. She came back and said she could not find that message any where.

Unfortunately this seems to be a Hardware issue and possibly even a Hardware issue
I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
