Hi @Kadlascours,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

The error WFBackgroundShortcutRunner-ErrorDomain erreur 0 usually appears on macOS when the HP app or printer driver encounters a background process failure. It’s common when the app is outdated or the printer connection is broken.

Here’s how to fix it:

Step 1: Update HP App

  1. Open App Store on your AirBook.
  2. Search for the HP app and update it to the latest version. 👉 HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site

Step 2: Remove and Reinstall the HP Printer

  1. Go to System Settings → Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select your HP printer → click Remove (-).
  3. Restart your Mac.
  4. Reinstall the printer using the HP app or AirPrint.

Step 3: Reset HP App

If the error persists:

  • Quit the HP app.
  • Delete its cache:
    ~/Library/Application Support/HP app
  • Reopen the app and sign in again.

Step 4: Update macOS & HP Drivers

Ensure your macOS is up to date. Then download HP drivers from:
👉 Official HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
