I have a new Office Jet Pro 9018 and the display on the home pad is upside down. When you swipe it with your finger everything moves in the opposite direction so it is impossible to push any button (copies, etc.) accurately. I can't even find the copy mode.  I've turned it off and on, plugged it directly into the wall, unplugged it - plugged it in and once in awhile it is right side up but quickly reverts back. Haven't had it two months and this just started a week ago. Any help? Thanks!

Welcome to the HP support community.

As I understand, the options on the control panel are upside down right?
