@Juan1288, Welcome to the HP Support Community – it’s great to have you here!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

When all the lights on your HP printer are flashing like a "Christmas tree," it usually indicates a general error or firmware issue. Let's walk through some steps to help resolve this:

Power Reset the Printer

This clears temporary errors.

  • Turn off the printer using the Power button.
  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in directly to a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors).
  • Turn the printer back on.

Check if the lights stop flashing.

Check for Paper or Cartridge Issues

Sometimes, flashing lights indicate a jam or cartridge problem.

  • Open the printer and check for paper jams or any obstruction.
  • Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges. Make sure they are genuine HP cartridges.
  • Close all doors securely.

Update Printer Firmware

Outdated firmware can cause erratic behavior.

  • Visit the HP Software & Driver page: Official HP® Support
  • Enter your printer model (e.g., HP DeskJet 2755) and download the latest firmware.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
