Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I replaced an HP cartridge with a Costco extra ink HP cartridge. I cannot do anything with my printer. Internet search indicates I needed to enable the Trade OOBE program, which I did. Further research indicates that there is a specific fix for my specific printer. Not sure why. I'm asking for an HP rep to please provide the remedy.

Also, update the firmware for your printer.
