HP ENVY 4520 all in one printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print a 2 sided excel document, the preview looks perfect, however when I try to print it, on the second side it creates an approximately 25mm margin at the top. I have struggled with this issue for several months.

I tried just about everthing. No joy.

Can anyone help?

PS I have a Lenova All in one PC

Hi @MARTYBOY1955

Welcome to HP Forums! 🙂

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

I understand you have some issues printing from your computer using Excel.

Did you try Microsoft Word or any other application?

Can you check and let me know if you have the same issue?

If possible can you share a picture?

Let me know.

Cheers

It looks like you were interacting with MathewT, but he is out for the day. I'm Betty0610 & I'm at your service.

Does this happen when you to copy from the Printer? If yes, you can follow the steps from this document :

https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/5447920/document/c047184...

If no, you can just uninstall and reinstall the Printer software using Step 1 from the given document.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
