I have an HP Envy 5055. I am receiving the error “Use setup cartridges” however

HP Envy 5055

I purchased a refurbished HP Envy 5055. The setup cartridges were initially not working and a friend attempting to fix it accidentally destroyed one of them.  I saw other posts on the forum where members were assisted with this issue. Please can someone help me with this?
