Try these steps:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Wait for 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Turn on the printer.

Reset the Network Settings:

  • Go to the printer control panel.
  • Navigate to the Home screen.
  • Touch the Setup icon (typically represented by a gear symbol).
  • Select Network Setup.
  • Touch Wireless Settings.
  • Select Restore Network Settings.

Update Printer Firmware:

 Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

 

Printer Reconfiguration:

  • Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS) by typing the printer’s IP address into your web browser.
  • Turn off Web Services.
  • Turn Web Services back on.
  • Generate a new printer claim code if necessary.
  • Register the printer on your HP Smart account.
