I have a hp wifi deskjet 4178 all in one printer,displays the code 0 !, And power lights keeps blinking , it's printing blank pages . Please help.

I see that you are facing blinking lights issues with your HP Deskjet 4178 all in one printer wherein the power light start flashing and it prints blank pages.
