Hi I have a m1005 multi function laser Jet printer which is not working properly not giving printouts properly and also I can't see anything on dashboard of printer also  kindly help as I tried so many time to reach customer care but nobody attending calls .

If your HP LaserJet M1005 MFP is not providing printouts correctly and the dashboard is not displaying anything, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

 

Check Power and Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to a power source and is powered on. Check the cables connecting the printer to the computer or network.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Driver Issues: Ensure that the printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website. Install them and see if the problem persists.

Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer. Open all panels and inspect for stuck paper.

Dashboard Display Issues: If the dashboard is not displaying anything, there may be a hardware malfunction. Try updating the firmware if possible.
