I have the same problem. I'm using windows 10 and in printer properties you can select 'glossy' paper type and best quality printing. My guess is these are selected automatically when printing on 10x15 printer paper. I cant tell you if this has fixed the problem though as now I have a paper jam that I can't resolve!
