Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

“Cartridge Failure” on brand new tri-color cartridge.  I just installed it 2 days ago and it worked fine for 2 days. Now the printer doesn't print at all. Tried to get a refund for the cartridge, but June was the last date Amazon will allow a return for that item (bought as a spare in May 2024). To troubleshoot, I found the previous tri-color cartridge in the trash and installed it. Now the printer works when I choose greyscale.

I understand that you are having issues with the cartridges.

 

Try updating the firmware. Click here

 

Perform the steps from this document if you have not done so already.

 

You may also refer to this document for other print quality issues.
