I returned home after being away 6 months, and I am trying to use my M234 printer.  It was previously on Instant Ink, but I canceled Instant Ink.  I had installed a printer cartridge that HP sent me, which was apparently through the Instant Ink program; however, I could not use it because I cancelled my subscription and the cartridge was specifically for Instant Ink prescription s.  Per instructions from HP, I bought a new Toner Cartridge for this printer from HP online.  I installed it, and now there is an ER 75 preventing me from using it.

 

Please help me with this problem.

 

I received a reply to my original problem, and the reply was from an HP employer.  I cannot reach anyone at HP to help with this problem.  Is that HP employer available here?  If so, please respond to this problem/
