Product: HP DeskJet 2722 All-in-One Printer

PLEASE help me!!! I just googled the number because for hours I've been going in circles trying to get help! Virtual Assistant has to be AI because it didn't understand that my printer won't print, it just has a E flashing,yet my device I'm trying to print from shows nothing except an size error. I couldn't find the number through the app so I Googled it & the so called Rep, said he needed to access my device I was using but I had to download ZoHo Assist, the green one for Customers, thank God I checked the reviews because every single one said it was a scam!!!! Please help me!
