HP instant ink offered with purchase useless as cartridges sent are not compatible with the printer sold.

Can you provide a few more details regarding the timeline and exactly how and what you purchased and through whom? Most printers will ship with standard starter cartridges and once nearly empty, replacement cartridges would be sent. You would not receive instant ink cartridges at time of purchase.

Thanks, the cartridge sent by HP Instant ink is larger than the one supplied with the printer, but as described it is actually the right one, the issue is that the cartridge supplied with the printer is just smaller.
