I recently purchased and installed a new wireless printer (actually 3700 All-in-One)> Setup went smoothly. The printer receives the message to print, advances the paper, but the paper is blank. Part of my message was deleted, but I meant to say the printer cartridge terminals are wet with ink, so I'm not sure what else to try.
