Connect the Printer:

  • Wired Connection: Use a USB cable to connect your printer to your computer.
  • Wireless Connection: Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Install Printer Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website to download the necessary drivers for your printer model. 

Add the Printer to Your Computer:

  • Windows:
    1. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
    2. Click on Add a printer or scanner and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Mac:
    1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
    2. Click the + button to add your printer.

Print a Test Page:
