Hi @ArizKass

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The error code "0xc19a0023" on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8630 typically indicates an issue with the printhead.

Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • This can help clear temporary errors.

Clean the Printhead Contacts:

  • Open the printer and carefully remove the printhead.
  • Use a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water to clean the copper-colored contacts on the printhead and inside the printer.
  • Let the contacts dry completely before reinserting the printhead.

Reinstall the Printhead:

  • Ensure the printhead is seated properly in the carriage.
  • Gently press down on the printhead to make sure it is securely in place.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website to check for any firmware updates for your printer. Updating the firmware can resolve compatibility issues and improve performance.

Replace the Printhead:

  • If the error persists, the printhead might be damaged and need replacement. You can purchase a replacement printhead from HP or an authorized retailer.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
