error message0x6100007b

I just get this error message on printer screen and a printer failure window on my phone.
The same error message if I tried to print for my laptop, I have done a restart, but still the same ever

Hi @Rs2721,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it on.
  • Try printing again to see if the error persists.

Check for Jammed Paper:

  • Carefully check the printer for any paper jams and remove them if found.
  • Ensure that the paper path and printhead access area are clear.

Re-seat the Printhead:

  • If the error persists, it might be helpful to remove and reseat the printhead (if your printer model allows this).
  • Make sure to follow your printer's specific instructions for safely removing and reinstalling the printhead.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Make sure the ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink.
  • Remove them and reinstall them to ensure they are seated correctly.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer and install it. Sometimes updates can resolve errors and improve performance.

I hope this helps.
