I am receiving error message 0xd0620230. I recently upgraded my driver software. I also have made sure I am connected to a wall outlet and not a surge protector. I have followed the recommended steps to reset the printer but I am still hetting the same error.

If the hard reset did not resolve your issue, we may have to perform a factory reset on your printer. The reset instructions are specific for your printer, performing the same steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
