HP Envy 5660. Error message B80833A2.  How do I fix it?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
This specific error (B80833A2) typically points to a firmware crash or serious system error inside the printer.

Here’s exactly what you should do to try to fix it:

 

Power Reset

  1. Turn the printer ON (if it's not already).
  2. With the printer ON, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet too.
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  5. Plug the printer directly into a wall outlet (not through a surge protector or power strip).
  6. Reconnect the power cord to the printer, then turn it ON.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams or other physical obstructions inside the printer.

Update Firmware/Drivers:

  • Ensure that your printer firmware and drivers are up to date. Check the HP website for the latest firmware and drivers for your HP Envy 5660.
