It’s a HP Envy 5530.

 

and I can’t do anything as it only allows me to print aligning page. But this just loads and never works. I’m guessing because I’m not set up with the new WiFi in this house. But it doesn’t allow me to because only gives me the option of printing this page (which never prints) what do you suggest to do?

 

I’ve tried cancelling it, and then just loads and never does anything other than loading… turning off and unplugging doesn’t do anything with, the same problem occurs. I can’t find a lead anywhere to try and wire set up to the WiFi, I’m not sure that would work either… any suggestions?
